I think it's that people with critical thinking skills who live in cities are concerned that a clearly incompetent, possibly full-on treasonous con man is in the white house, and equally angered and perplexed by the fact that around 45 percent of the country is still on board with this shit show.
I just can't help but notice that both situations contain a guy confronting a black guy, and then resorting to deadly force when the situation that they injected themselves into becomes physically unmanageable.
I've carried a gun professionally, so I understand the use of force continuum quite well, thank you. Someone shoving you hardly constitutes a deadly threat. Being deathly afraid at that point because you're physically incapable of handling the situation doesn't give you the right to end...
