I'm on it @ 7 small. Don't particularly feel it's the most likely outcome but think Zhang can win this however she wants and takedowns are the path of least resistance for her.
What a finish.
I'm hoping Zhang gets an early finish because I had £5 on this and I don't want that Holloway KO to be the thing that busts it by 1 second.
The d'arce shouldn't be enough to give the third to Charles. Arman looked fairly comfortable in it so wasn't like it was seconds from tapping or anything.
Probably a round a piece. Arman clearly won the second.
Great top game. Active and landing while having the confidence to implement his gameplan in one of the best guards of the division. That lack of fear to be on top of Charles is huge.
Bo sub keeps a couple of accumulators alive. They need Alex KO for one of them them and Alex KO/o2.5 in the gaethje fight.
Fight starts R2 @ 1.5
Think Arman fights smart and breaks Charles down over a sustained period rather than giving Charles a chance to land and thrive in a chaotic fight.
That 300 main card intro was pretty poor all things considered.
Thought they'd have something special given 100 and (if I remember right) 200 had really good intros. That.was poor though, felt like a normal card intro. Think the 'Face the Pain" old nu metal intros were actually better than that.
Had Jiri by KO as a single and part of a few accumators.
Guy isn't the most technical (at least defensively!) but got a fearless attitude and just willing to walk through strikes and put himself in danger.
Not a long term strategy but for sure a way to make yourself a fan favourite and...
I read that fight all wrong. Kattar had absolutely no answer for that. Genuinely surprised at how easy Sterling controlled him on the ground. Even though he didn't land or threaten much he just had Kattar on the defensive the entire fight and he was several steps behind once he couldn't...
Calvin needs a finish but looks like he might not be able to throw enough strikes to hit double digits.
Not ideal when he's a pressure fighter. Sterling should win a decision here outside of a dramatic fuck up.
Round 1 was telling, surprised Sterling was able to get them so easy even if Kattar.got back up.
Might be a long night for Kattar if he can't adjust to stop that takedown.
Kattar Dec for this.
I might be reading it wrong, but Kattar is very good at avoiding spending time on his back. Sterling is a great grappler, a serviceable striker but he's never had great takedowns.
If he wins I assume it's from constant grappling pressure where he just doesn't let Kattar...
Genuinely surprised she didn't announce it there after Kayla's victory speech. She's not going to crack contender status again and it's the biggest crowd she'll get chance to retire in front of to end a decent career. Certainly better than retiring after a loss to no crowd in the apex center if...
Beast.
Even in his losses don't think we've seen Sodiq done like that. 300k for sure.
Don't think the Mosvar fight makes sense at this point but big step up needed for sure. Yair, T-City, Allen or Emmett is fine by me.
Well, shit.
Impressive top game from Moicano. Thought he could potentially snatch a sub in a transition from the top but didn't expect him to get a GnP finish.
Had the fear when one ref was dumb enough to score it for Marina.
I'm home after a night out and drunk betting. Had Andrade there, a wee bit on Fig sub earlier and skipped the Green fight - saw Miller lost though, bit gutted.
Turner ITD here. KO most likely but I wouldn't be terribly shocked...
Fig/Cody - Figs ML is unplayable. Don't think his KO line is good either. I rate Fig quite highly, I think he's definitely a step up in quality for Cody compared to his last few years of match ups, but i don't think the concerns about Cody's chin are as relevant now as they were a few years ago...
Allen could have finished that if he just kept throwing rather than pausing for the last 10 seconds as Curtis cowered and crumbled in the corner after doing his hamstring.
