It's EA UFC 4 with better graphics. I played a few games on simulation settings, and almost all of them were stopped because of a cut. Using a gameplan to slowly break down your opponent is not rewarding, because the doctor will step in before you can fully turn it up.
I enjoyed the UFC...
The sad reality is that Jake Paul's actually right. If they would box each other, my money would be on Jake. Conor's prime is long gone and he wasted it outside the octagon.
As "MMA's biggest superstar ever", be became irrelevant pretty fast. He should enjoy life, become an entrepreneur and never fight again. He doesn't have that fire anymore and he knows it.
I reckon he has been training/sparring with heavyweights his entire career. He knows and understands heavyweight power. He rarely gets hit clean, so not sure if the slower heavyweights can get to him. Interesting fight!
He will defeat both. Stipe is not (much) bigger than Jones was at light heavyweight, and I think Jones is a much better fighter. Against Ngannou, he will do whatever he wants with him, especially after the first round and Ngannou being out of gas.
It's not a shock really. Hasn't fought in over a year and when I heard that he designs his own training camps, I knew he could be in trouble. Still could have won the fight in the first though.
He became slow, no longer darting in and out and he stopped using his (body) kicks. He's flat-footed and his reflexes are worse than 4-5 years a go.
He used to be able to read hit opponents and counter them very well. When his opponents moved laterally he used to hit them with spinning back...
Could be a mental thing. Against a featherweight he's very confident he can knock them out with one big shot. Against a lightweight or even higher, he knows they can take his shots and keep on coming forward, messing with his head. I really think his stamina or more of a mental/nervousness...
I see Khabib winning this. A lot of people forget how good his footwork and distancing is. I watched the fight against McGregor again and Khabib is constantly out of range for McGregors punches or kicks, especially in the early rounds. I think McGregor is one of the best to leap in and out of...
When both fighters are fresh, it's pretty obvious who has more skills. However, fight IQ and stamina is what helped Stipe win the fight. DC's corner was urging him to repeat the things he did in round 1, but DC felt that he could eat Stipe's shots and outland him. Great adjustment by Stipe to...
Besides a freak shot that connects, nobody. He hardly gets hit and when he does, he seems to be able to take the hits very well. If he does get into trouble in the stand-up, I think he's able to take anybody in the LHW division down and finish them there. He seems to have this mentality of...
