i present all the time for work and had this same problem. best advice i could give you: slow downnnnnnn. sounds simple as hell, but just know that there is nobody you have to race to get your words out.
Taking this time as well to do some active recovery too. Go on some walks here and there to get the blood going, but i think the body also could use this time to recover a bit. Been having the same annoying "golfers elbow" pain as well.
