Hill was "champ" so the fight made sense. Hill is pretty delusional but if he actually thought he could strike with him he shouldn't have fought so scared. My guess is he wanted the check from 300 so took that risk whether he was ready or not.
Given that the odds are pretty much dead even would say most think that. Hill hasn't really lost a stand up fight and hits really hard so it's not out of the reahlm of possibility he KOs Pereira but Pereira on paper is the better striker obviously but I don't think he's as far away as some...
I'm still baffled by Pereira's matchmaking. Maybe they are punishing him for missing weight against Wonderboy but I don't get it. 7 fight win streak (could be 8 if he wasn't dumb.) I get this is short notice but Muradov is about the same level as Michal and Petrovski and possibly even lower.
He lost clearly but people seem to be misremembering. It was competitive Max just couldn't hurt him. He actually outlanded Poireir in sig and normal strikes but Poireir would eventually hurt him with something.
I get the sponsorship but what I don't get is them being very uniform based. Venom can make sick shorts for someone then they can monetize on them. Not sure how they can't see that.
I've always been of the thought that fighters will never get their due because they are always out for themselves. Not sure if many know the entirety of the case. I'll give the cliff notes. The older fighters bound together stating they wanted to make change against the bad buisness practices...
Never got the whole Chito fan base. He's okay, seems cool enough. Fight went how I thought it was going to. I'm honestly surprised he's gotten as far as he has tbh. The mystic of relying on one big shot yet losing a lot of the fight isn't a great one. Hell, Pedro beat him IMO.
It's like they had to balance out the great card this past Saturday. There literally is no significant fights on the entire card. No notable names really either. Headlined by HWs, one on a 3 fight losing streak and Marcin coming off a loss. I get Tai has fun fights but dang. I guess Battle has a...
Yeah. Everyone talks about his cardio but he usually counts on big shots and doesn't throw a lot. If he's in that good of shape he really should try actually winning rounds rather than losing them and landing big shots. That will win some fights but obviously that shot isn't going to always come...
Chito's gas tank is good but he does a lot of nothing a lot which I think is most of it. His opponents out work him then he lands big shots to swing the rounds. If his gas tank is really that good he should do more output so he doesn't always lose rounds till he doesn't because you can't count...
Everyone here loves to hate refs and disguise the situation. "English isn't Dumbe's first language. They had a translator in there for him." Ignoring the fact that Dumbe has done full english interviews with no translations. Do we know what Dumbe said to him? No we don't. What we do know if...
Dumbe got a warning at first. Goddard clearly was almost gonna stop it after the first break. He really should have realized he should deal with it or its going to end.
No. Visually it looked like Dumbe was saying his foot was injured. No clear call but he really should have just fought after Goddard warned him the first time. We will see but it seemed to be a sliver which I'm sure would be a pain in the ass but not something that he shouldn't be able to fight...
It wasn't glass (I don't think) it looked like a wooden sliver. English isn't his first language and you could tell he couldn't put into words what he thought it was.
