*GIF* Bromance staredown between Ryan Jimmo & Sean O'Connell

Haha, loved the perfectly timed nod at the end. Thanks for sharing TS

GSP fans, now that he's gone, who's your favorite UFC fighter now?

Lyoto. Him and GSP were always kind of similar to me, both had Karate backgrounds which made them very hard to hit and both seem to have the mindset of a true martial artist. IMO of course

GSP studying Lute Livre in Brazil with Master Roberto Leitao

You da man Tony, thanks for all the updates.

    Carlos... Carlos... Oh my God...

That was hard to watch. Hopefully he recovers quickly and we get to see him in the ring again soon. Was a great fight up to that point though.

Lyoto Machida Vs. Gegard Mousasi - Who did you score it for?

5-0 for Machida. Great fight though, and I'm glad I didn't have to see either one of these guys KOd.

Machida asks for his hat back...

    Haha, I missed that.

How many people actually think Machida can get Gegard down?

I think Machida can take anyone down at MW. I'm just hoping that if he does it looks like that sweet ass trip/ko combo he pulled on Thiago Silva.

Moose: "I see holes in Lyoto's standup. He makes mistakes, and will pay for it."

So stoked for this fight. I love both guys but I have to go with Machida for this one. He's just so fast and elusive.

Johny Hendricks wants to retire at MW

It's funny you say that, I just watched it again with some friends and we all thought the same thing, GSP was just marked up more.

    Spitting into a bottle?

Ahh yes, the infamous decision after his Koschek fight.

    *Lorenzo Fires Back at GSP*

Maybe because back then he wasn't really in a position to say something or financially able to pay for the testing? Or even knew extra testing was available? He passed every test the UFC gave him, so no reason for me, or anyone for that matter, to doubt him.

GSP Comments On UFC Being A Monopoly---With Link....

It's good to see him speaking out, and I can almost guarantee Jones & Andy will do the same once they are in a position to. Dana is stepping all over these guys, and there is nothing they can do or say about it, sad really.

Anderson Silva's management team wants GSP for his UFC return

Pretty much how I feel about it as well. GSP hasn't been the same since his knee injury, and Andy's getting old. Time to hang them up for good.

Excellent Machida Interview: ''Its Hard to Understand What Belfort Says...''

Machida is the man, so down to earth and respectable. He's one of the few people I believe who actually has a shot at the MW belt.

UFC raises 168 $ price for PPV

There wasn't an increase for me, I paid the usual $54.99 as always. Canadian here, I guess it could have changed elsewhere.

Joe Rogan Believes GSP should retire

Crazy stat there in that last quote, and really telling if true.

Gray Maynard: "I'd go to 145 to fight Edgar again"

It would be much worse for Gray at 145lbs, he could barely make 155. Edgar is more suited for that weightclass, but Gray needs to stay where he's at.
  18. JungleJunky

Why do people think that GSP isn't in his prime?

My brother just told me that 50% of all the strikes GSP has absorbed in his career has been in his last 3 fights, not sure if that's true or not but it seems accurate to me. I think he has lost a step, and he should retire before he takes too much unnecessary punishment. He's done more than enough.

Dana White on Dan LeBatard Show

Hendricks isn't a finisher, he finishes less fights than GSP on average, he just got a couple knock outs recently.

Hendricks Could Miss Up to 6 Months

This seals it for me. If we go by damage alone, clearly GSP won. Hendricks will be needing some rehab for that injury, GSP is probably already back in the gym.
