    ZMA and GABA

    I do 30 mg zinc, 90 mg magnesium, 15 mg B 6, 50 mg GABA, and 1 mg melatonin (in the form of a GNC Pro Performance Zinc Magnesium Amino Complex) and an additional 3 mg melatonin and 200 mg L-theanine (in the form of a Nature Made Melatonin+). Sleep like a baby.

    Worked up to 195x2 in strict overhead press on Monday. Yesterday worked up to 3 singles at 495 in deadlift. This is my last week of heavy training. I have a strongman competition on March 12 so next week will be a deload/technique week. I have 6 or 7 pounds to drop too.
