more than half of the higher level guys at the place i used to train at do not even do the warm ups or half-ass them. i agree with the above... you're paying to learn BJJ... not do random shit to make you tired.
the best thing i ever did was stopped lifting 4x/week. i put 30+lbs on my squat during a 2 month period on a twice/week program.
imo, your hiit should be rolling. also... try 2 on/2 off... it has worked for me.
