    Buy a pullup bar and leave it mounted on your frame, whenever you walk by do a couple. Also known as greasing the groove, I believe. Or, do weighted pullups for strength gains, then when it comes time to do them you will feel light as a feather. Trust me.

    I've never had a day after deadlifting where I haven't been stiff and sore in my lower back. It's common and quite enjoyable. :D

    A little concerned that you aren't experiencing soreness in your lower back. Everything else minus the calves looks about right.

    Whenever I reach my max on deadlifts I get that lightheaded feeling. It feels like the room is closing in on you and that can be a bit frightening so don't panic! I try to sit on a bench and focus on my breathing.

    It looks like you should "sit on it" a bit more before you lift. That will address the back rounding. Ass lower to the ground will allow your chest to be more up and not round out your back. Practice body weight squatting real real low (ass) so you can get comfortable with the starting position...
