    That's a solid pull for your size. Form is important and can get you far but when you've got a heavy weight on the bar no one's form is ever perfect. That being said, arguing about form on the internet can get you nowhere.

    Yep, still difficult to DL any real weight (500+) without pain. Squatting isn't too bad but a lot of box squatting and variations. Planning on an MRI in the coming months to get it fully sorted. Bench has been coming along nicely however, probably around ~335-340 atm.
