I thought the match was boring as hell to watch. I don't find matches where the participants do, more or less, nothing for the entire match and then try and score an advantage with 30 seconds left very exciting.
So, I wasn't attacking Ryan, just questioning it since I had read and interview where he said he wasn't going to do that anymore. Everyone is so goddamn touchy these days.

I wasn't being critical, but I recall a interview he did where he said he was going to go away from that because it wouldn't work at the highest level. That all I was questioning, so maybe you can take a deep breathe now.
I have finished a armless triangle and didn't need to put my fist into the throat to finish it. Had my hand deep in the collar, same as for x-collar choke, and then slapped the triangle on.
I trained on a fractured rib for 3 months. Worst idea ever. I ended up taking more time off because of it than if I stayed off the 4-5 weeks to let it heal properly. My vote is to let it heal.
