I actually did try a sacrifice throw and it didnt work too well. My timing was off and he landed on top.
I have been drilling seoi nage. I realized it was going to take a long to get half decent at it but that's ok. I have felt some improvement compared to last year.
I'm more frustrated...
Any tips on how to get the most out of randori with a bjj guy that is older (40+ but relatively new to judo), heavier and just kind of stalls using grips except for the odd counter?
The size difference and my own lack of skill means I'm probably not gonna throw this dude. But he's to...
I train In Virginia too and that price looks fine to me for a BJJ/ MT gym.
I assume gym owners in Europe/ Aus make most of their money from a percentage of fighter winnings and ticket sales?

I remember when conservatives and the right wing did have problems with LGBT people...
What are these right learning arguments?
And like I said, there's nothing the right can do about it. Gay marriage is legal, the church has less influence than ever etc
yes, Stealing trade secrets, manipulating trade deals and using forced labour kind of go without saying. All the early industrial countries did that did all that stuff in the 1800's and early 1900's when they carved up Africa, South America etc. That's how they were able to accumulate...
