It depends. Where are your strength levels ( whaddya bench?), and how's your bodyfat? If one of those is holding your power back, then you might be better served fixing that instead of doing plyo pushups. If those are good, then I'd plyo pushup away.
Sometimes I eat breakfast, and sometimes I don't. It depends on my schedule, and how focused I need to be that day( If I'm going to be driving a lot, or really need to be on my game, I'll skip breakfast) I don't think it matters either way.
I'll give it a go. I'm honestly not worried about the 100 pullups. I'm more worried about the 200 pushups, because I suck at pushups for some unknown reason.
Outside of the gym-
1. Get into and Graduate from PT school
2. Stay out of debt as much as possible
3. Have fun.
Athletic Goals-
Powerlifting - Push my total as high as possible. I'm at 955 now, I'll easily get to 1000 lbs by the end of the year. A 1500 lb total looks certainly achievable...
My sole purpose in doing that challenge was to pay you back for the burpee challenge hahaha. If it sucked as bad for you as it did for me I must say I have a good amount of respect for you.
You're right. There needs to be a Christian division at powerlifting competitions. I mean, we're practically using steroids. I owe every pound lifted to Jesus.
