I can honestly say I've never been disappointed by a DVD I've bought. The Gordon DVDs are pure money and everything is put together so nicely. The only DVD that I found subpar, but was given to me, was DynamicWWrestling Takedowns by J'Den Cox. It was all very basic and wouldn't be worth the...
Lately I've been hitting the Mir Lock on purples and below off a quarterguard backstep. I'll backstep and hug the head, shove my leg deeper in(sort of back into halfguard), then pummel the head controlling arm to an overhook to go for the Mir Lock.
For something a bit more crazy I like...
Took me 13 months, first six months of my training was only nogi and wrestling. Then our gym brought in a gi guy to run the BJJ program. I was training 4-5 days a week, 2-3 1hr classes a day, doing BJJ,Sambo, Nogi, and Wrestling and also competed as much as possible.

I was...
I got an email yesterday saying that after my current membership expires I will have to change teams, or if I update my belt I will also have to change teams. So I checked my status on IBJJF and until August, I can still compete under Globetrotters.
This wasn't given as an option to you and...
I'd like to call it Over the Rainbow.. as I was initially taught the heel hook by making a rainbow with the top arm to raise the heel and point the toes down... Plus it sounds friendly
I love staying upper body in side control and recently have been playing with basically sitting at shoulder level with my hips facing the feet, bottom knee by the solar plexus, top leg out for base and pressure. Leads to leg drags, rolling back takes, leg locks, etc... been working well for me...
Yo yoo long time no see, Sherdoggies.
You guys still bringing coleslaw to gyms and fighting the good fight to bring down fake black belts? And have you guys finally come to terms with reaping..or is it still worse than the devil? hehe
