So guys, I encounter a problem when doing this pass. Every time I tried to do it, my hips get tight/blocked and I'm trying to put press on the knee to smash it down but for some reason my hips get pressured feeling on it.
Am I not turning hips high enough? I literally get stuck.
Here's the most funny part... She done it like what 8 times and her opponents knows the defense for it.. She knows how it's defended and how to counter the counter.

I agree. Thats what makes me frustrated and angry the most when people say this doesn't work because of this... It's not a game where once you place a move, you can not adjust.
If she really wanted to hurt somebody, drop them on their neck... Stopping the rotation mid way is good idea for MMA for stopping the back take from over rotation and making a sure landing on the back with 99% assurance that the thrower will be on top. Now for kesa or not, it all depends on her...
