    Frozen food is not necessarily bad. If you freeze a bunch of carrots after your Sunday batch cooking, that's pretty all right. Same with canned food, although it's not as convenient and needs a little know-how.

    Write down a list of a bunch of exercises, with different variations Do 4-6 sessions per week, pick 5-6 exercises out of your list (pull, push, cardio, bodyweight, 3x5/5x5/3x10/3x15, ...) based on what you feel like doing on that day. After a while, see what motivates you and go with that.

    Totally agree with DL being mandatory only if you compete in it. Personally I haven't done regular DL in ages. Since the hexbar is not comfortable for me, I just use 2 smalls bars (the ones you can do skull crushers with), same ones as for farmer's walk.

    The handles on the hexbar at my gym are too far apart for my built. It's a shame cause I like the hexbar and this one has 3 grip sizes and a solid frame, which is nice. If it fits I love it for farmer's walk. But as some noted, it's more of a hybrid exercise. It doesn't exactly replace deadlift...
