Sad that jones is being racist by calling dreads nappy and telling him to shavs his head
Jones is literally doing the same shit white people have done for hundreds of years
I'd beat him right now (10 years of training/competing)
However, I honestly think that this could have shown that Duke Rufus(probably spelled that incorrectly) is not as good as a coach as people make him out to be. Who has he trained from the ground up? The only ones I know are the Pettis...
No offense but that doesn't sound very reputable. I hear a lot of people (not just here on sherdog) mentioning how eating meat causes cancer yet I haven't seen a study actually show those results

I have used ashgawanda because it's supposed to increase your vo2 max. I stopped though because it was making me feel tired
I've also taken cordyceps. I honestly can't tell if it had an effect or not.
I'm sitting on about $8 million cash, I have $2 million in real estate. I won the UFC belt nine times. I'm internationally famous. I'm 6'4. You on the other hand: I'm guessing 5 feet flat, I'm guessing with the net worth of $100,000. Never won any titles, can walk around without giving a fuck...

A basketball player plays about 40 minutes a game. That's a diffferent type of stamina that a boxer would...

From your "class" experience you are wrong
Wrong
Have you ever wrestled for 6 minutes? A standard wrestling match?
Have ou ever grappled/rolled in a jiu jitsu comp?
The grappling aspect of MMA alone requires stamina. Just at the same as a boxer would if not more. Comparing them is stupid.
