BJ Penn is my vote. Everyone he fought in that last bunch beat the breaks off of him. They weren't really competitive fights. Woodley fought the toughest of the tough. Anderson fought tough dudes and was competitive. Liddell' just didn't evolve and went in wild. It caught up to him.
