    Also actually enter a race, it's more fun than you think. There are some pretty creative 5ks you can do (maybe substitute it in for a day where you would've ran 3 miles anyway. Then do the 10k at the end. The raves keep you motivated.

    Only watched 1 video but it looks like you're going deep enough. I don't know if this is correct or not but I try not to lock my knees up top. Also, on the way back up I look up at the ceiling, seems to help me come up correctly.

    I checked title last night and they are back ordered. It seems like we almost just have to wait for the new stuff. But then I think their gear will be different from what it is now and I don't know if that's a good thing.

    I would think they could sell each vendor a thread, sort of like a store, where they could post deals on gear and charge them each month. Just an idea. Probably not gonna happen ever but it'd be nice to able to sell gear here.
