Thank you for your inputs. I notice that staying at hotels were cheaper than staying at gym accommodation. I found a gym in Chiang Mai that I really enjoyed and I’m hoping by the end of this year, I’ll be able to go back and train for a month.
Were there any skills that you cultivated or developed from working in sales? I’m assuming you got good at reading people (emotional intelligence) and knowing when to say the right words at the right time.
I’m not sure how much sparring you do, but I recommend you do a lot of slow/light sparring. Thats what helped me the most and hopefully striking will comes second nature for you.
