I wind up in this position all the time in sparring and I'm trying to figure out what to do from here. There must be SOME type of throw available, but I've asked some judo people and they just say, "don't do that, you can't throw from there."

I've never been able to figure out Dirty Holt's Tozi Pass without elbowing my sparring partner in the face as I try to anchor my elbow on the far side of his head. All this time I've been doing the traditional Tozi/Sao Paulo/Wilson Reis pass like a lame-ass.
