The Estima lock is legal at all levels in IBJJF (as far as I know) but doing it from the saddle is not. The saddle as a position is illegal as it involves reaping. I'm not sure where the cutoff from kneebars (legal) to the saddle (illegal) is.

Estima lock is legal afaik Reilly Bodycombs sets that also have a lot of material on the tripod ankle lock (No Kurtka & Top Rock) are also amazing resources. A lot of his stuff isn't IBJJF legal, but the tripod ankle lock is probably my favorite ankle lock and also completely legal.
