Ristie knocked out Petro an Roosmalen the same night only because he tampered with the padding of the gloves.Was caught by glory after few more matches and it's contract expired.

yes,you're right,but Petro started his career at 17 years old Buakaw at 8 and when met Giorgio he had already ammassed something like a hundred matches and a ton of experience.

ehehe... Giorgio was 22 years old... relatively unknown.. the fight was one of the first fights abroad ( the 6th out of Italy if I remember correctly) because in that period he fought out of Trieste, Bologna and Padua... Buakaw in that period had already won two K1 max championships (2004-2006)...

Giorgio was green when fought Buakaw in his prime (the match was scored a draw but was probably a victory for Buakaw). They are both wonderful fighters but imo Giorgio has a superior game in the kickboxing dep. now. Buakaw during his career has lost badly with a bunch of kickboxers that were...

I'm a Petrosyan fan but some of these sentences are wrong:1- Petro fought Buakaw in Sweden, not in Italy. At that time Buakaw was a K1 star and Petro a nobody, it was an error from the judges (Buakaw should have won that fight, ) nothing more.2- Petrosyan lost in the Ristie match but he didn't...

Sorry but no. During K1max era you had to fought the best you couldn't choose opponents. Fight Souwer, Zambidis, Kyshenko, Buakaw, Sato, Kraus, ... during their prime was no joke... neither fight Van roosmalen, Allazov on a 30 wins streak or maybe Yodsanklai in the next future....
