Speaking of the diaphragm, inhaling as much air as physically possible to expand it, then holding my breath for roughly 20-30 secs gets rid of hiccups for me.
Change for the sake of change. Most of us have probably experienced this in recent years with some browser, application, etc. Some of them operate very well, yet they still feel the need to constantly change things that more often than not make them shittier to use.
The guy behind the camera is probably dumb enough to continue ordering from that same place and gets some extra calories via piss, shit, or jizz in his food.
Those trash companies are doing something wrong if they can't operate lift-arm trucks. We've had them even in very rural areas near me for 30+ years and they're still operating/obviously turning a profit.
Besides the cheek surgery or whatever, she must be bleaching her skin MJ style because I've never seen anyone that damn white. I think most people could live in a cave for 10+ years never seeing the sun and still be quite a few shades darker.
edit: I suppose it could also be makeup with that...

I've read that it's a toll bridge, so stopping traffic would have been simple once they were alerted. The people operating the bridge or law enforcement must not have had a way to contact the construction crew in time(or maybe they did and they didn't hear the calls or radio because of operating...
Just because a bag is sticking over the top of the bin doesn't mean it's automatically over some weight limit. If there was any actual concern for the workers, they would upgrade the truck to one with a lift arm and distribute wheeled bins made to be picked up by them.
