    Everlast 40% off MX gear

To follow up on makedansure's update: My 16oz also arrived today. All I've done is try them on and inspect them visually. Some minor cosmetic issues, but nothing looks or feels wrong with them. They look and feel great actually. I was looking for a puncher's glove for bag and mitts so hopefully...

Can you recommend me any bag gloves?

Hmm, for that budget range, and for heavy bag use, maybe consider Sabas training gloves? Csquared liked them on youtube. Their gloves have good reviews here too so far: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxVSD9_iqKE

    Everlast 40% off MX gear

Yep, I saw a similar discount. Pretty nice of them to add a couple % off more. Looks like a 52.7% off sale. Edit: I was looking at my particular purchase. Yours (makedansure) is even better at 53.4%. Weird but nice discounts.

Fairtex bgv9 new vs old model

Comparing old 16oz (love) to the new 16oz (meh), the new version has poor weight distribution (top heavy), it's harder to make a tight fist and land on the knuckles, and much harder to break in than the old model. The old 16oz was slim and a great bag glove. The new model is clunky and leaves...

    A Couple Special 12oz. Gloves

Chiming with the others.. those are beautiful. That purple in 16oz and velcro would be especially sweet.

    Everlast 4th of july sale

If you go with powerlocks, I'd suggest using them primarily for sparring or mitts, and not the bag, as they can disintegrate quickly. My left glove's foam split after a couple months, and now the inside lining is tearing away in both gloves. I've been using Winning NG2s in them after the foam...

Everlast Powerlock 14oz Training glove review

Well, with the expensive powerlocks, you'll get gloves that'll fall apart after several months, especially if you plan on using them on the bag. Even Everlast's mid- to high- tier gloves are hit or miss with quality, not just their low end crap.

Another 16 Oz Boon Glove Review

Nice review! Are they easy to make a tight fist with and land on your knuckles?

Cleto Reyes Hybrid Gloves VS Ringside Pro Style IMF Training Gloves review /w pics

Wow, this is a good review. Great pictures. The difficulty of landing on the knuckles with ringside IMF put me off them, though your gloves look sick. I also have Cleto Reyes hybrid in M size. They're nice, but the hand compartment is a bit too tight for me. Also, the Cleto Reyes hybrids have a...

    New Model Fairtex BGL3

Would the BGV4's be the closest velcro version of these that Fairtex makes?

16oz New York Brawlers (Fight the City)

Thanks! I just looked up the Kings professionals. They do look identical. I'm not sure where these are made. EDIT: this picture link shows a similar color scheme on Kings: http://www.hayashi.cz/equipment-usa/big/3866-1.jpg

16oz New York Brawlers (Fight the City)

Also, on their wraps. Fight the City 180 inches http://www.fightthecity.com/collections/equipment/products/180-hand-wraps • Similar feel to the Everlast 180 inch wraps • Small thumb ring. Not too much of an issue. • Good velcro size. Larger than Everlast, not as big as...

16oz New York Brawlers (Fight the City)

All right, I thought I'd cover a glove that hasn't appeared on here yet. Fight the City: New York Brawlers http://www.fightthecity.com/products/nyb-boxing-gloves Weight: 16oz Shell: leather These were going for a great price during Black Friday. Fight the City appears to be closing down...

Hmm, you're right, they don't list the BGL7 as having the "minor change".

Everlast Powerlock 14oz Training glove review

Yep, same here. It's a bit ridiculous that you'd have to be super delicate with training gloves, but I do kind of wish I saved them just for sparring (though, I also now wish I didn't buy them!). Even with the neverlast reputation, I hoped they'd put in a foam support that could last even a...

Hayabusa new 12oz and 16oz Sport Fitness Training Glove Collection

All right, I'm sorry to say that the 12oz version of these gloves are really crap. Bought a pair for someone with small hands to use for fitness. They are incredibly small in the hand compartment and the padding feels like some type of molded plastic. They look the size of an 16oz - 18oz glove...

    Fairtex BGL7 12oz White Review

Nice review and pics. The updated design on the BGL7s and BGV9s leaves them immensely stiff. They do freakin hurt after a while. I've just about given up on breaking in a new pair of BGV9s (and, like you, I had an older model of the BGV9s that were awesome). What really sucks is these gloves...
