    Keep practicing the squat...using the leg press might actually inhibit your squat form...if "growing" is the issue...get lost.

    Those bands are the shit. I use them all the time. Cured my plantar fascitiis in just a few weeks doing the foot/ankle stuff. Also I've never felt so flexible as after stretching with those bands.
