Yes, mostly. The corporate tax cuts don't expire. In order to pass the bill it had to not increase the debt. Republicans opted to do this by sunsetting the individual tax cuts. They could have sunset the corporate tax cuts instead but opted not to. Also, The deduction for state and local...
There is nothing to address. Unlike the Trump worshipers who believe that neither he nor his administration can make a mistake we agree with the judge. Navarro and the DOJ attorneys should be required to appear for the hearing and claim privilege.
I find the Right’s support for an activist...
Terrible idea. Here in Atlanta the last couple years we have had a major highway closed for months because a homeless fire caused an overpass collapse. We also had a semi-major road closed because of a similar fire and bridge incident. The road was finally reopened (after neighboring...
I agree 100% and was being snarky but the I idea that liberal policies are causing the homeless issue is absurd. I don’t think liberal policies have made great strides in solving the problem but I’ve not seen much effort by other parties.
For sure. The liberal Ronald Reagan who signed the law closing mental health facilities. Also, lord know that liberals are never asking for more funding for mental health services. I cant imagine why liberals are turning down all the money that conservatives are so desperate to spend on the issue.
While they may not regret the vote, about 1/3 or Leave voters say Brexit has been more of a failure than a success.

I have spent a lot of time in Boston. Grew up near there, went to college there, and am there often for work.
I do think there is a lingering racism in the city and the fact that Bostonians “tell it like it is” causes that to come out. I attend a fair amount of professional sports entertaining...
For years movies used the Magical Negro trope to make black characters secondary to the white leads. This movie is saying that was a bad thing to do. I'm not sure what there is to disagree with. It's sort of like Blazing Saddles have incredibly racist characters who were buffoons in order to...
Have the benefits of Brexit outweighed any issues for you? I don't often see articles or people praising Brexit but I may not be looking in the right areas. Here in the US I mostly I see stories about pro-Brexit businessman shocked that business has become more difficult and costly. Who are...
I'm going to disagree on brake particulate. Electric vehicles use regenerative breaking so most people do "one pedal" driving and never touch the break. I often never touch the break once except when holding at a light when commuting to work and that is out of habit. I don't know a single...
Here is an article from the NYT that explains that many of the delays are Fed red tape, functional requirements, and the fact that this is the first time for many states.
The White House has set a goal of building a national network of at least 500,000 public chargers by 2030, but researchers...
I think you are underestimating the electrical requirement snecessary to support these station. Your typical rest stop has nowhere near enough power and isn't located close to that power.
The big problems are finding land that meets the requirements and that owners are will to sell and also that utility companies, many privately owned, are unable to provide the necessary power. Yes, environmental review can be a problem but that is not the issue in this case.
Fraud is so minor so as to be irrelevant not worth cost and potential disenfranchising other voters. We don't think that about black people. Can you please point me to a quote of someone saying that?
We do know that it is more difficult for poor people to get ID's for a a number of reasons...
