Listening to this right now as I came to Sherdog, and saw this post....great album.

Have you tried cognitive therapy/counselling? It's helped me, but I still do as you do on a daily basis. Used to be much worse. Working on catching those thoughts before they snowball into stressball is a big help.

I had tons of back issues, for years and years. I was apprehensive deadlifting as well, but as others have said, proper form is key. I no longer have back issues, other than small aches here and there. It's helped me alot. I'm not a doctor so take that for what it's worth. Good luck.

Picked this up today to play with the wife. I was looking at Eldritch Horror or Mansions Of Madness, but they sold me on this instead because I am a complete noober.

Still haven't done a fly-in, but planning on finally doing it this summer. Walleye are my favorite too, salmon comes in second.

It's the best. So many lakes to choose from, and super isolated if you're into that sorta thing. I fish mostly Lake Superior now, but grew up going fishing and camping every weekend, catching Walleye, Bass, Pike, etc. After living in AB for a bit, I really missed the NWO outdoors.

We've had some tough times, but things are solid. Hopefully things stay this way, but there will be more ups and downs in the future....always is.

Man, it bums me out I can't get into Mercyful Fate/King Diamond. Music is awesome, but that falsetto just ruins it for me.
