I think he will KO Merab with relative ease. Merab can't finish anyone and after each round the fight starts on the feet. Merab is chinny and has unpolished striking, he won't last.

I don't think it's a huge deal, but I don't like it that the ref acted like he was going to give them an intermission and let the fighter control the fight and say no. It's kind of like when the ref acts like he's going to stop the fight and doesn't.

Ankalaev is unlikable, but that's no reason to dismiss his skill. He has good striking, heavy hands, and a solid chin. He could keep the fight on the feet and if things get rocky he could dive for the takedown. Alex isn't untouchable on the feet and while he has power, it isn't Francis level...

Topuria, butttttt Max looks so physically good at 155 I hate for him to make that cut to 145 again. This is one case. I wish they would say screw the belt and fight at 155. lol

I like Max, but not much honor in fighting Volk now after he's been knocked out cold twice in a row. If he wins, it just feels like it doesn't have a lot of substance to it.

There is nothing to hate about him, he's a beast. I'd even say he's built different. Now his fan base, I absolutely hate them. They are the worst most insufferable fan base ever.

If Jorge comes in shape this is actually a really good fight to make. Very even this stage of their careers.
