Hair trigger? I bet it's no less than 4.5lbs and has a pretty good take-up before hitting the wall. And Glocks only have a trigger safety. Which means if you're pulling the trigger the safety is disengaged. So there's your safety. It's called your trigger finger (i.e. trigger discipline)...

Agreed. Not sure your tool situation, but after my first attempt I bought the wrench designed for the job. Bent whatever I tried to use and decided to drop the $15 or whatever. I actually set my trigger a little too light perhaps. But taking it apart again isn't all that appealing. Still...

The Geissele trigger pack and trigger bow are a huge improvement. Still not on par with a nice AR trigger, but nothing to complain about. Need to shoot my Tavor more.

Without reading the rest of the responses I'd say that the gun world has a way of making a bunch of stuff that may or may not make sense, but hey, nobody is forced to buy. Maybe mag bans are a factor, but overall I guess I'd look at it this way. Does it increase capacity? Does it decrease...
