Training for a new goal starting this week...so seems like the perfect time to get back to logging my workouts. Always feel a little more accountable when I do!

Shortened the distance and added intensity. Averaged about 20 seconds for the sprint intervals. Went with a lighter bell than normal but stuck with 2H Swings.

Magic 50 (fm Infinite Intensity)
W/24kg kettlebell
Love this one. Used a kettlebell instead of dumbbell though. A timeless classic from Ross Enamait.
