    Buying first hand wraps

I think I have small wrist too. Between those two wraps I would stick to the Fairtex. Hayabusa's velcro doesn't work with small wrist, i feel it is too long

    Mouthguards: Impact and Gladiator comparison

I hope some one who has tried both can come in and share their experiences. I only have used Impact mouthguards and am pretty satisfied with them. First I had the MMA one, which I lost and replaced with a Jiu Jitsu guard. I had wanted to go Gladiator after losing my mouthguard but Impact's...

Difference Between Fairtex Models (BGV1 vs BGV9 vs BGV14)

Thanks for the info in this thread. In your experience have you found any other glove with lining like BGV9? I wish Fairtex would build a BGV1 glove with the craftsmanship of the BGV9. That glove is so well made.

Difference Between Fairtex Models (BGV1 vs BGV9 vs BGV14)

How is the lining inside the BGL6? I have a pair of BGV9 and I really like how the lining is built in the glove.

Top King Gloves Ultimate Velcro TKBGUV & Super TKBGSV

Not sure about the new versions. I only have experience with the older super airs. I find them a little front heavy, there is a lot of padding in front of the knuckles that throw the balance off. It was however very pleasant on the heavy bags.

Best hand wraps? And good mouth guards.

I cannot and would not recommend the SISU mouth guards. They are hard plastic and IMO not suitable for contact sports. I used it for one class, and tossed it after. I am currently using a mouthguard from Impact Mouthguards. I had the Boxing model at first. It was small enough to easily breath...

Difference Between Fairtex Models (BGV1 vs BGV9 vs BGV14)

I actually weighed them when I received them. They were 16oz exactly. My BGV14s were about 14oz, and the BGV1s were slightly over 16oz.

Difference Between Fairtex Models (BGV1 vs BGV9 vs BGV14)

I have these 3 gloves BGV1s I consider my first serious training gloves, and a great general all purpose glove. I just recently retired them this October, in favor of BGV9s. Also during the summer I picked up a pair of BGV14s to try out, because i was unable to find any reviews on them. Now I...

    Post Your Gloves/Gear

New gloves! BGV14 16 oz. Here are my initial impressions: Feel very light, weighed in at 14.2oz (R), 14.1 (L); BGV1s weighed in at ~17oz Curved thumb feels better than BGV1, but could use slight more curve Syntax leather feels thin at some areas, pad of thumb and lower palm Wrist closure likes...

    Fairtex BGv1 poor quality control?

Hi guys, Got these gloves 3 weeks ago. Today I noticed that the hand compartment size on each glove varies a bit. Was curious if anyone noticed this in their gloves, or if I received a pair that was not throughly inspected before shipment. Hopefully you can see in the picture that the...

    Post Your Gloves/Gear

Been training (MT) a bit over a year now. Finally started to invest in some higher quality gear. My previous Title gloves I had were hurting my wrist, and started to smell. Had some hand me down focus mitts. New focus mitts arrived today! Can't help but buy Fairtex gear, need to branch out and...
