Curious to know if there were successful fighters who were keeping higher body fat instead of more muscle. Basically trying to see if it was as worth trying to squeeze into a lower weight class as it often seems. And to see how well power from fat weight compares to power from muscle weight.

The weight transfers into power and take down defense, but costs less oxygen than equal amount of muscle, so it's not a bad idea when you don't have to fit a weightclass
