    I would get a little extra dialled in and focused for my heavy sets back when I was strong, but it wasn't really angry. Also, I always took the mindset that my training and preparation would allow me to hit my desired heavy singles, so there was no reason to fail them if I executed properly...

    You don't take your foot off the gas and listen to your surgeons about recovering and moving forward from surgery. You keep fucking up their work and needing more work done to try to fix things. Eventually, there's nothing left to work on or be fixed and you end up fucked up, like Ronnie.

    Ronnie ended up as fucked up as he is now because he decided not to listen to his doctors/surgeons. Whether or not he has regrets is something only Ronnie knows, but the condition he is in today was most certainly avoidable.
