ABS filament would be the way to go on something like that. The materials you can print with is amazing. I'm going to try carbon fiber reinforced PLA soon.

A few friends paid me to print these . I had a studio in India work up the model from a historical photo. Designs like this take a lot of talent.

After researching myself, i chose the Ender 3 pictured above. About a 9x9 inch print area, and about 10" high. The same company makes the Creality CR-10 with a bigger print bed for around $350. Avoid Anet and Tevo brands. Check YouTube reviews.
