Look at your diet and count macros 1st. Supplements are meant to...well supplement.
I would of course start with a pre workout, a protein and a post work out. Like the dude above said BCAA and most recover powders work well.

Most of those packs are trash. You dont need 200% daily values of most things in vito packs. Some can even cause build ups and ODing on vitamin C is nasty: blister in your mouth, ass blasting and so on.
