He's the right kind of awkward, someone who has learned the basics and developed his own style. There's also the wrong kind of awkward e.g. Jamahal Hill. Both can be effective while risky but for different reasons.

Not to me at least, but it's up there. (Relatively) Weak main and co-main because as fantastic as the KO was, Hill was waiting to be exposed, and no wmma fight has ever given me goosebumps outside of Rousey-Holm and Joanna-Rose 1. It was awesome though, definitively up there among the greats.

Ring is better imo, at least lessens the power of wall and stall + allows strikers to actually cut the ring off for real, promotes the guy backing up to go on the offense to work his way out of the corner and be effective in movement. When it comes to potentially falling out of the ropes...
