Your top 3 glove brands you have owned

    1. Winning. I have the 10oz pro fight glove. The thumb for me is perfect and the padding is superb despite being a 10oz pro fight glove. The quality is absolutely perfect. 2. Reyes. I still use my 16oz lace ups that are now 5 years old on the bag. Padding is beat to hell but with tape and...

    Glove hand wraps

I have seen people use the glove style wraps in combination with traditional wraps for "extra double protection". At the end of the day, they end up forgetting about the glove style wrap and go for better alternatives like Winning Gel Pads or Skulltec in combination with traditional wraps. Even...

    Print durability

The print on my 10oz Winning Gloves are holding up fine after about 7 months. Also One of training partners has Winning headgear with the print and it still looks good. He's had the headgear for years now. We both were able to get the print for free when we ordered off Rakuten.

One pair of gloves for everything

I have seen people at my gym use the Skulltecs with MX Gloves pro fight gloves, Powerlock pro fight gloves, and Grant pro fight gloves. They were 10oz.

    Bellator boxing gloves

Agreed. It's hard to gamble with a hundred bucks especially if the other option (Fairfax) has such a great reputation and product.

    Bellator boxing gloves

If $100 is in your budget I would go with some Fairtex BGV9. If you get the Bellator gear let us know how they turn out.

    Everlast Recommendations

They didn't tell me a name. They just said it was their Winning Clone. Basically looks like a Powerlock with the 1910 logo and mesh palm. The rep said it was slated for a September release but is obviously subject to change.

    Everlast Recommendations

The rep at the booth claimed it was their clone. Pretty disappointed to say the least but people will definitely jump on it I'm sure of that.

    Everlast Recommendations

It was weird. It was shaped like a boxing glove, thumb was like a powerlock, and it had no grip bar. It also had mesh on the palm side.

    Everlast Recommendations

Didn't end up getting thing at the expo. That's because they were showcasing products only. They are coming out with a new "winning clone" line. I was able to try it and it is no where like the real thing. Good effort though.
