beside this reason, there is also another reason why he has lost that fight. its that he changed his training camp. He joined to Swedish team which is great by the way but they did not teach there anyting about mma. It was more like Saki was there to teach them things about striking. He had to...
Kickboxers are having difficulties when trying to adapt mma gloves and rules. they aren't overrated. You could say same about Antonio Silva getting KOed by Rico Verhoeven under kickboxing rules.
Obviously both guys are post-prime but they were the legends in their time. I've always dreamed for this fight when even Saki wasn't considering to join mma. I think it would be a legend fight. I know Silva fought MW most of his career and Saki fought HW even tho he is too small for that...
Except JJ if they fight in LHW, I don't see anyone beating prime Silva. But i always dreamed about prime Saki vs prime Silva since Saki wasn't in mma but was ruling kickboxing and Silva KOing people in octagon. Well this now will remain as a dream because they are both far far from their prime.
Actually prime Silva would clown anybody in the division today. This is why i think a good fighter with a good record should retire at the right time so that the time they clown you never arrives.
I don't know how it would go againts Till. Israel wasn't so good againts Silva but this happens to all fighters. Sometimes its not ur day but its important if you win anyway. Israel did this. He was at least good enough to win and he was lucky it was vs past-prime Silva.
