should be scored but if t not much is happening and the guy on the bottom is doing more (throwing elbows, threatening submissions) they should still win the round. If either is doing nothing the guy with the takedown wins.
I hate the weight cutting as well but if you did same night weigh ins you would still have weight cutting and no time to properly rehydrate possibly resulting in severe brain injuries.
What are ONES rules with weight? I really do not know.
If you believe he should be able to compete a half a pound heavy then youre setting a precedence. Then next month the chompions should get the half a pound. And what happens then if they come in a half a pound over that? Its only half a pound let them compete? SNOWBALL...
I watch about the same amount of cards now as I did then. (only watch the ones I am interested in now which is about the equivalent of one or two cards a month.)
Gillespie has been a disappointment. Never expected him to lose to Lee but he got caught and since then has not seemed to interested in fighting it would seem.
I was a fan of his when he won the NCAA's and was excited when he turned to MMA.

big losing streak but all to top of the top fighters and still makes exciting fights. Id continue to watch him but it is sad to see that he is past his prime.
