HEAVYWEIGHT COACH (why the average coach shouldn't be training heavy weights)

I've never asked you to give me an example of anything.

HEAVYWEIGHT COACH (why the average coach shouldn't be training heavy weights)

I have brought my logic "toe to toe". I was one of the first in this thread to point out that your claim about optimal HW coaching is a non sequitur. I'm not sure what emotions of mine you're talking about. And I have no idea what emotionally weakened "arguments" and "points" of mine you've...

    Karate or MMA striking?

Do boxing if you're mainly looking for a decent cardio workout.

HEAVYWEIGHT COACH (why the average coach shouldn't be training heavy weights)

@monkeyrhythm, you are a man of uncommon tolerance and perseverance.

HEAVYWEIGHT COACH (why the average coach shouldn't be training heavy weights)

Ok. You do that. But why do you suddenly feel the need to revive this thread and tell us about it? As with your recent thread about American obesity, this thread seems to serve no purpose, except perhaps an idiosyncratic one of your own. What is it? That's a more interesting question than...

Looking for a cheap boxing glove manufacturer

Yep, this. I can't imagine why anyone would want to start yet another generic Pakistani-manufactured brand. Identical products, different logos. What's the point?

"Overweight" athletics (why America is obsessed with the waistline even in combat sports)

I try to give everyone the minimum respect required by humanity. Anything beyond that depends on the character and actions of the individual. I certainly don't give additional respect to people with six packs, just because they have six packs. And I don't know what you mean by "pretty ears"...

"Overweight" athletics (why America is obsessed with the waistline even in combat sports)

I understand the content of your original post, but I don't understand why you're asserting it. What do you want other users of this forum to do about it? Agree? Disagree? Ask for elaboration? Or what?

"Overweight" athletics (why America is obsessed with the waistline even in combat sports)

But the thesis of your thread about training HWs is that the physicality of coaches is essential.

    OK would you buy this?

It's just a strap, right? Not sure how much it costs, but you could buy basically the same thing for a low price from any hardware store. You just need something to hold your legs down. That's it.

Which gloves have the best pop sound on the heavy bag

Apparently necroposting is not the done thing. I'm not totally sure why. I just go along with the convention.

    my boys fight

He did seem to suggest that... Even taking into account tekkenfan's posts, that'd have to be one of the weirdest things I've read on in the SDF.

Which gloves have the best pop sound on the heavy bag

I've been getting pretty good pop out of a pair of 12oz Sting Predators I've been using recently. Otherwise Reyes and Rival is how I'd answer that question.

    Would you buy this?

Yep, this. I'd never spend US$109 on that thing.

    Love handles

Implement a caloric deficit to decrease fat mass. Implement a resistance training program to build muscle. If you want to apply the method of spot reduction discussed by Menno Henselmans, then apply it. This is a weird thread.

    Swimming is underrated?

The Klitschkos swam, I think. Or one of them did.
