    If they’re smart blood work, ecg’s, blood pressure tests etc will all be done to make sure damage is limited. But yes not healthy.

    They’ll most likely come off/reduce following a big comp I’d imagine. Or just minimal doses aka trt. When it comes to competition time though no doubt things like high and insulin will be utilised along with higher hormones. If they were constantly blasting they’d burn out.

    Labour workers are obviously much more conditioned to this line of work. Your average gym rat would not have a great time doing a 10hr intensive labour shift lol. As above steroids are far from placebo. The increase MPS is massive.

    Like the diet. Personally find carbs too beneficial for performance to cut them out. Fats are great for keeping inflammation down and once your into Ketosis the energy is pretty amazing.

    Calorie deficit > over any fad to lose weight. It’s boring and not very marketable but that’s how you lose weight.
