Could it be true that there really was something in the meat the team did not know about? Seems so stupid to take something knowing you are being checked constantly and especially around big fights. Could it have been a mistake?
What if I still dont "get" the idea behind positioning (being in position, making sure my opponents get "out of position") what do you suggest I read or watch to get a better grip of it?
Would it be realistic to learn martial arts at age 40, and become a great professional coach in MMA / boxing / some sport?
Seems more realistic to me than starting a pro career at 40+, but perhaps you need fighting experience to become a coach ?
Otherwise, mental coach?
30+ for sure. Had a terrible year when it comes to body with a newborn (now 10 months) and just ate like a pig. Now I am back in track, doing intermitted fasting and decided to not cheat for a month, then only on saturday (from 4hour body).
Getting back in the gym doing boxing and muay thai...
I went through my back 2 times during deadlift. First was bad technique. Then I learned how to deadlift. Then it happened couple of years later with 30% of my weight. Thats a year ago. I decided to stop weight lifting hard, and just focus on martial arts instead.
makes sense. I also wondered if the results where there. Seems to me a lot of white belts are focussing in on quantity versus quality just to "get there". Have you noticed that in site results?
