Family had a pirate tv cable box to watch UFC 1 and the copycats that followed that's the only reason I saw them. What teenage boy gonna avoid seeing that for the first time? A few years later I rented a few events from video stores before getting back into it when Pride FC torrents were a...
Took me 32 hours to finish it. My first thought when it was over was "why were people so upset by this?". It's a messy, poorly constructed downer of a game but it's also fantastic on so many levels that it's a must play game. To be honest my biggest complaints were the AI wasn't really difficult...
I'll be honest and say after string of sloppy fights and cringy losses a few years ago I thought he was done. Each time they announced another Fedor fight I just wanted him to stop. Cut to 2020: to see him still fighting with passion is heartening; I feel that MMA has become somewhat soulless...
Nunes is the only woman in MMA with the balls to even put Cyborg on blast especially knowing they will actually be fighting.
I got Cyborg in this but only I hope Nunes wins.
The only time Connor is respectful is in defeat. Which is ideal, too many former champs never recover from humiliating losses but Connor handles it with grace and tends to improve. At least he did up until he turned into coke fueled nutjob. It's one of my favorite things about Connor.
I tried! I just couldn't handle the fact that it wasn't realtime combat. I was expecting Jedi Knight meets Mass Effect. I went back to KOTOR2 a few times but it put me off immediately. Ditto for all the Dragon Age titles. I did finish all Mass Effect games including Andromeda so that makes up...
There's two franchises I just couldn't get into despite getting pumped up by the trailers and hype: Gears of War and Halo. I finished the first PC version of each but even when I bought the others I simply hated them. At least 5 attempts alone at Halo 3...I'd give up and go back to playing...
I was torn between SNES & Playstation. The rest just had too much competition to really be the GOAT. I voted SNES because games worked 100% of the time and it was built like a tank. PS games were flaky I remember having to run my PS upside down often or games freezing often and scratched discs...
Follow her on IG and somehow she makes Russia look like an exciting happenin' place not surprised she's devastated to be kicked out. All I could think was girl get your ass to California, join a decent team and be a serious fighter. Maybe her studies are more important I dunno...all her posts...
I was 14 when I watched UFC 1 on PPV. My father had one of those black box cable descramblers in the early 90's and I became fascinated with kickboxing and martial art event PPV's in particular. I don't remember how I heard about the first UFC, perhaps I had caught promos for it. All I remember...
I don't own a woman. Way I see it we are entitled to do what we want with our bodies and if my woman decides she wants to sleep with some other dude then I respect that shes entitled to do so. That said, monogamy is the cost of keeping me and I immediately move on. No discussion. Hard feelings...
Had this issue on and off at least three times with Creatine usage. 2.5-5g/day after the loading phase and I'd get all sorts of back pain and the worst of it was on my days off. Back would be sore & stiff as a mofo. I was skeptical like a lot of people in this thread that Creatine was the cause...
I'm happy for Connor if he gets to fight Mayweather he will lose but make a ton of money and return to the UFC. He recovered from an embarrassing loss to Diaz and returned improved I think it'll be the same after a boxing loss.
I used to drink 2 cups of chocolate milk with a scoop of whey protein after my weight training while on a diet. Lost over a 100 pounds and got really lean and strong. I definitely recommend choc milk though I found it was harder to get powders to dissolve in it over regular milk. Of all the post...
I'd never give up bagels.
I eat a multigrain bagel with poultry on it and an oatmeal bar before a grueling 90min-2hour cardio session and that bagel makes all the difference :D
Deli meats are high in sodium but for the most part is that really an issue? I try to keep my sodium down but really all that matters to me is getting some protein and taste when I get deli meat.
