So for Squat I think I did 6-7 sets (1-2 were super light warm-ups). All sets were 5 reps, but at 275 I was only about to get 3 out.

Dinner: Japanese BBQ (tons of meats) Green Iced Tea
Seriously man.. Your pretty dumb. Look at the rest of the log. A few sodas here and there, thats the worst it has been except for the 1 burger and fries.
I bet your diet is MUCH cleaner. I also bet if you were losing weight after 3-4 years of eating unhealthy, you could jump into a 100%...

Dude.. Trust me man.. I didnt get up to 270 by eating like this. I can eat like a muthafucker, especially after a little elevation if you know what Im saying. But I love fine pussy much more than eating that shit.. Without that fine pussy in my life, I could prolly starve myself.. :)
