they are similar. the CT is the donut, and the MRI is the hole in the wall. MRI is definately worse, but the CT the top is about 2-3in. from your face, but you can look back and see the room, MRI you go all the way in.
So to recap, i got my free sample of RPM. Took 3 pills the first day. Felt extremely light headed during the workout. So in the last thread we were throwing around ideas, and we came to the conclusion that it was a caffeine overload. Next workout i take only one pill, still felt light headed but...

This morning i took 3 capsules at 7:10 and had my oats at 7:25. Started warming up at the gym 7:45ish and got to lifting at 8. Around 8:15 i got extremely light...
I'll go with that, i really want to get my form down. should i be doing 6-8 reps with oly squats and front squats, or still go as heavy as i can keep good form for 3-4 reps?
i do work on lower weights right now, i dont want to re-injure. the only way to see if your form is bad is to lift heavy, because thats when it is hardest to keep good form.
yea thats what i was thinking, my squat form went down the drain with the injury...and now i start bent under, but i'll work on keeping it straight. i must apologize for the angle, i used the wrong camera, i can get a better angle if it is needed. but i am much more worried about my squat form...
