I remember that one. I liked the silenced SMG. And the dodgy Oirish accent Robin Atkin Downes put on.
That and Velvet Assassin were both loosely based on real WWII spies. Definitely loosely, as both real spies ended up executed by the Germans.
I still have fun playing games from my childhood like Centipede, Breakout and Bomberman. I love the 80s thing of just straight up ripping off another game, like with Breakout and Arkanoid. Or the slightly more dodgy knock off merchants, like Crime Busters, which reused loads of Spellbound's code...
Just not the New York sequel, unless you enjoyed falling through the scenery. I figure someone at Robomodo loved that game, and copied that feature for Tony Hawk's 5.
Only downside is that there won't be an episode for me to grab on Thursday.
Edit - turns out I'm wrong. The three remaining episodes have been moed forward a week.
This is really pissing me off. Stuff's just getting deleted as tax write-offs left, right and centre. I saw a comment earlier that Sony have been smart in just licensing their shows and movies, rather than starting up their own platform. Can't disagree.
Yeah, Krabbe should have had more big Hollywood roles. He was in No Mercy and Living Daylights, along with a few others, but a lot of his films weren't the biggest. Didn't really get the big standout roles that his old Verhoeven co-star Rutger Hauer got, despite being just as good.
