Alright, thanks. My only concern is that i already eat 1.5 pound of chicken per day and I don't think its such a great idea to eat much more meat. Maybe I should add some more nuts or something?
Chill man, what types of food would make a good replacement? I'm already taking in like 260g protein and like 80g fat which is quite a bit. I'm getting like 330g carbs.
