A Christmas Story & Elf are probably the only two that I tend to watch every December. Maybe the Grinch (the cartoon version) and Charlie Brown's Christmas too.

I really like the claymation/puppet ones like Rudolph and Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town, but I haven't watched them in years.

The first few Harry Potter movies are pretty nice around December; they have that festive spirit going in them
