100% the 80's were the absolute pinnacle of moviemaking. Action, comedy, coming-of-age films, just hands down the best decade.
PUT THESE DAMN GLASSES ON!
I actually haven't seen this, will add it to watch list.
I’m an @Zer gimmick account.I don't think I've seen this. I'll add it to my watch list.
If it sucks, I'll find you.
Can't really go wrong with Takeshi Kitano films in general bro. You should check out all his shit
Trying to think of a few that haven't already been mentioned.
Indiana Jones (all of them)
Empire Strikes Back / Return of the Jedi
Big
Young Guns
Repo Man
Suburbia
the best thing about the 80's movies was no political correctness. The hero was affront about what he wanted and had no problem pulling the damsel in for a kiss. Action movies was over the top with violence, and with heroes that actually look like they could kick your ass. Nerds were bullied, and sometimes they won. Comedy had less or no filter and was written smarter too. If you were lame, you were called a f@g. No one cared, cried, or killed themselves over it.
That 80s feel man - it's what's for dinner
Even modern movies like this still use the power and feels of the 80s
Listen to that background music
